Candidates willing to appear in AILET 2023 should meet the prescribed eligibility criteria prescribed by NLU, Delhi. AILET is conducted for UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs. Hence, candidates should fulfill the eligibility criteria of the program they have selected. The AILET 2023 eligibility criteria have been mentioned below:

The B.A.LLB is a five-year duration program at the National Law University, Delhi. As per the pattern, the AILET course comprises three sections:
- Section A: English Language
- Section B: Current Affairs & General Knowledge
- Section C: Logical Reasoning
- The question paper shall include 150 MCQ questions, each with one mark. Also, there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrongly answered question.
The exam is conducted in offline mode, and the duration of the exam is 1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes).
